Commercial terms

Participation in the Early Bird offer requires payment of an amount equal to €1,000.00 + VAT (if applicable), as an advance option on the exhibition space which must necessarily be specified.
Below is our commercial proposal for the 2026 edition of Simac Tanning Tech:

• February 6th – March 4th:
  EARLY BIRD: €200.00/sqm. Price lock with payment of €1,000.00 + VAT (if applicable) at the time of registration. Payment of 30% deposit by April 7th on the total square meters requested, on flat-rate services (€235.00 per 16sqm module) and registration fee of €1,000.00.
• March 5th (Participation request opening) – April 7th:
  SPECIAL PRICE: €212.00/sqm. Payment of a 35% deposit on the total square meters requested, on flat-rate services (€235.00 per 16sqm module) and registration fee of €1,000.00.
• April 8th – April 29th:
  OFFICIAL RATE: €218.00/sqm. Payment of a 35% deposit on the total square meters requested, on flat-rate services (€235.00 per 16sqm module) and registration fee of €1,000.00.
• April 30th onward:
  LATE FEE: € 240,00/mq. Payment of a 35% deposit on the total square meters requested, on flat-rate services (€235.00 per 16sqm module) and registration fee of €1,000.00.

Payment of the above-mentioned amount is a necessary condition for the validity of participation in the Early Bird offer.

VAT Exemption – Special VAT Regimes

Legal VAT must be added to the total amounts due, if applicable. In case of VAT exemption pursuant to art. 8 paragraph 2 of Presidential Decree 633/72 and any subsequent updates, a declaration of intent addressed to Assomac Servizi Srl must be attached.
From January 1, 2011, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 18/2010, implementing EU Directive no. 8/2008, foreign Exhibitors who are taxable persons are no longer required to pay VAT on the participation fee and services related to the event, with the exception of non-taxable persons (e.g. private individuals). To correctly identify the type of contracting party (taxable person or non-taxable person), it is essential to receive, before issuing the invoice, the necessary information through the Early Bird registration form, indicating the VAT number, identification code or other suitable documentation to prove the status of company and not of private individual.

Termns and conditions

1. By adhering to the Early Bird offer, which can be subscribed from February 6th to March 4th, the Company, upon payment of the fixed amount of €1,000.00 + VAT (if applicable), will be able to access the promotional rate of €200.00/sqm. Payment of 30% deposit by April 7th on the total square meters requested, on flat-rate services (€235.00 per 16sqm module) and registration fee of €1,000.00.
   
2. The company is required to indicate now the total exhibition space it intends to purchase for the 2026 edition of the Simac Tanning Tech Fair; the promotional rate of €200.00/sqm will apply exclusively to the square meters indicated in this form.
   
3. Should the company subsequently request an exhibition space larger than that indicated in this form, the additional space will be invoiced applying the unit cost (€/sqm) in force at the time of the relevant request.
   
4. Should the company request a reduction in exhibition space compared to that indicated in the Early Bird offer form, it will forfeit the application of the promotional rate of €200.00/sqm; consequently, the entire exhibition space will be invoiced applying the economic conditions in force for the reference period. In this case, the amount of €1,000.00 plus VAT will be deducted from the total amount due.
   
5. Should the company communicate its withdrawal from participation in the Fair by March 5th, 2026, the amount paid as Early Bird, equal to €1,000.00 plus VAT, will be refunded. Otherwise, this amount will not be refunded.
   
6. Payment of the Early Bird amount does not constitute final confirmation of the allocation of exhibition space, which will be formalized exclusively according to the methods and terms established by the Organizer.
