Molds for rubber and EVA soles work at a temperature of 180/200 degrees. The average time for heating the molds is more than 40 minutes and is done by keeping the molding machine busy.
The solution presented pre-heats the molds in small ovens to be placed near the molding machines to minimize heat loss.
Two versions of the ovens are provided: one for heating open (rubber) and closed (EVA) molds. The ovens can be connected to automatic warehouses and supplemented by handling systems that prevent the operator from contact with high temperatures.
