At Simac Tanning Tech 2024 Atom presented, as always, the main innovations that characterize its offerings.
These include the new FlashCut Master 3185, an ideal solution for medium and large footwear and leather goods production, which combines and optimizes many of the strengths of previous models. Suitable for all types and sizes of leather, it features two cutting heads capable of non-stop work and high productivity.
Also among the new features was the new Intelliscan NX: an advanced system for capturing irregularly shaped materials, such as leather. This device recreates a high-resolution image of the material, allowing even the most hidden defects to be detected. In combination with Atom’s nesting systems, it is particularly useful for optimizing material use and reducing waste, thus contributing to the sustainability of the production process.
