COBOT XYZ is used for heels with metal bushing.
Automatically fix the countersunk screw (with or without washer) inside the bushing already inserted in the heel with a locking, pressing and anti-rotation system of the heel itself.
Advantages:
- Better heel/shoe hold
- Simplicity in applying a screw instead of 5 or 7 nails
- Less risk of damaging the heel when fixing
- Greater possibility of designing heels of the most disparate shapes
- Easier heel repair
- Greater simplicity in the subsequent phase of disassembly, disposal, reuse of the footwear’s end-of-life components.
