GREENSTAR is the new rollercoater available with a working width of 3400 and 3800 mm, designed for the reverse finishing of any type of whole and half cowhides, allowing the application of the full range of finishing chemicals.
Main innovations:
- Large-diameter contrast roller: ensures optimum low grain coverage, similar to the MEGASTAR.
- Thick rubberized conveyor belt with constant tension: can be positioned at four different angles at the exit of the coating point, allowing processing of all types of leather and better application of the chemical product. The patented system maintains constant tension in all positions, prolonging durability and reliability and preventing deformation.
- Small-diameter conveyor belt and deflector roller: they allow the hides to be peeled off without the need for a roller conveyor, eliminating contamination of the flesh side of the hides.
- Large-diameter cylinder, rubberised conveyor belt and new movement of the doctor blades: guarantee optimum surface coverage and precision that has never before been achieved by any machine with a rubberised conveyor belt.
On Greenstar there is the use of low-friction Long Life cylinders that allow the processing of soft hides and facilitate the discharge of the product from the engraving.
The machine is prepared for the integration of a data storage system with RFID that allows the reading and writing of information on the engraved cylinder, facilitating scheduled maintenance.
