Machines designed for the garment sector that can improve productivity also in the footwear and leather goods sectors<\/h3>\n\n

Martin Group has not been participating in the SIMAC appointment for several years. Yet, as soon as they were released, the solutions proposed by the Tuscan company aroused the interest of the public attracted by the potential expressed by the technologies studied for over 50 years for the packaging sectors and which are excellent also to improve the productivity of the footwear and leather goods sectors.<\/p>\n\n

Like the M.E.P.P. series machines, which wrap materials, even with different thicknesses, through a sort of air-bag and then make them adhesive. \nThe pressure is not given by rigid plans, unable to ensure uniformity, but by a cautciou membrane, that swells by the compressed air, ensuring an absolute uniform pressure in every square centrimetre of the working plane, also when you are using materials with different thickness in the same working cicle. This system, called \u201clung\u201d, compared to rigid platens, allows to obtain a five times powerful pressure. \nA machine, therefore, of extreme versatility and which allows excellent quality productions. A leather shop, for example, can process 3 different models of bags in the same work round. \nOther features: adjustable temperature, pressure and working time. High thermal and mechanical resistance upholstery and padding. Two work surfaces to operate alternately and avoid dead times.<\/p>\n\n

    Equally interesting are the continuous rotary machines, equipped with an alternating drawer and working on a revolving Teflon belt, useful for coupling the leather of uppers and bags with the relative reinforcement. Machines which, combined with optional automatic stackers, can reach a productivity 3 times higher than traditional fusing systems. \nWe are talking about the X 600-1000-1400-1600-1800 K-EL-OT series, with upper and lower heating system with 2 independent electronic temperature controllers. Heating plates with 9 resistive elements that allow the use of lower temperatures or a shorter processing time.<\/p>\n\n
