{"id":1292,"date":"2021-12-23T17:57:35","date_gmt":"2021-12-23T16:57:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/simactanningtech.it\/pajusco-tecnologie-new-patented-filters-for-asterix\/"},"modified":"2021-12-30T18:00:03","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T17:00:03","slug":"pajusco-tecnologie-new-patented-filters-for-asterix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simactanningtech.it\/en\/pajusco-tecnologie-new-patented-filters-for-asterix\/","title":{"rendered":"Pajusco Tecnologie, new patented filters for Asterix"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The polypropylene drum has a new internal mechanical system that improves its efficiency.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pajusco Tecnologie turned the spotlight on Asterix, its polypropylene drum now equipped with a new patented internal mechanical system, characterised by new blades with a unique \u201cA\u201d shape that guarantees maximum mechanical efficiency.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cEach blade has its own dedicated function and a new built-in washing system for better bath distribution\u201d, explains the Venetian company.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Asterix is now equipped with the new \u201cSmart Drum System\u201d, a system which controls processing parameters and also the state of health of the machine, defined by the company as \u201cpredictive\u201d as it facilitates scheduled maintenance to avoid sudden downtime and consequent production losses.
