The\u00a0First\u00a0Step\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0partnership\u00a0between\u00a0the\u00a0National\u00a0Association\u00a0of\u00a0Italian\u00a0Manufacturers\u00a0of\u00a0Footwear,Leathergoods\u00a0and Tanning Technologies\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013\u00a0that from\u00a01982\u00a0is the\u00a0main\u00a0supplier\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0best\u00a0technology for production, with a consolidate presence in about 100 Countries, with 130 Italian\u00a0Associated\u00a0Companies\u00a0anda\u00a0\u201cexport\u00a0driven\u201d\u00a0mission\u00a0\u2013\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0International\u00a0Union\u00a0of\u00a0Shoe\u00a0Industry Technicians \u2013 UITIC<\/strong>, founded\u00a0in1972, with\u00a0associated\u00a0members in\u00a027\u00a0Countries,\u00a0and\u00a0with\u00a0the aim at\u00a0developing and promoting the Footwear Industry technical knowledge, mainly thank to the organization of the Worldwide Congress- will be the presence and joint participation at the\u00a0international Exhibition\u00a0\u201cSimac\u00a0Tanning Tech\u201d, that\u00a0will be\u00a0held\u00a0from 20to 22 September\u00a0at Fiera\u00a0Milano Rho (MI).

From the launch of the \u201cCommunication platform\u201d of Simac Tanning Tech (news.newssimactanningtech.local), to the important panels of speakers that will join through their\u00a0contribution\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0workshops\u00a0and\u00a0Talks\u00a0held\u00a0in\u00a0thepavilions\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Fair,\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0fundamental\u00a0role of\u00a0the\u00a0partnerships\u00a0like\u00a0that\u00a0one\u00a0with\u00a0ITA\u00a0Agency,\u00a0<\/strong>that\u00a0willallow\u00a0Simac\u00a0Tanning\u00a0Tech\u00a0to\u00a0welcome commercial\u00a0\u201cdelegates\u201d\u00a0coming\u00a0from\u00a0all\u00a0over\u00a0the\u00a0World\u00a0and\u00a0with\u00a0SPS Italia\u00a0<\/strong>for\u00a0the\u00a0co-design\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0\u201cInnovation Corner\u201d dedicated to the technologies that able the Industry 4.0 in the Sectors;\u00a0partnerships\u00a0that\u00a0have\u00a0helped\u00a0Simac\u00a0Tanning\u00a0Tech growing\u00a0rapidly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eeverything is based on two main keywords:\u00a0Network<\/strong>, which essential for making the Fair a community, and\u00a0Collaboration\u00a0<\/strong>among\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0stakeholders,\u00a0to\u00a0make\u00a0Simac\u00a0Tanning\u00a0Tech\u00a0the\u00a0technological platform of the fashion system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“September appointment will be\u00a0a natural landing for UITIC, that will find its first expression and, above all, a suitable stage to promote the goal that unites us: to spread and create an open and\u00a0shared system in order to support the single institutions in their growth, with a fairly competitive and\u00a0collaborative\u00a0tension\u00a0atthe\u00a0same\u00a0time”,\u00a0concluded\u00a0Maria\u00a0Vittoria\u00a0Brustia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simac Tanning Tech is not the only objective of this partnership;\u00a0Assomac and UITIC will also\u00a0collaborate at the realization of\u00a0the \u201c21st International Footwear Congress\u201d, the World Convention of footwear technology to be held in 2023 between Milan and Vigevano.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yves Morin<\/strong>, President of UITIC, <\/strong>has explained the long heritage, the experiences and the internationalnetwork gained and performed in the UITIC activities and the reasons that led to the synergy between the World Congress and the Simac Tanning Tech:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“UITIC members are delighted to join forces with such a prestigious Italian partner as ASSOMAC for theorganization of the 21st “UITIC International Footwear Congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u00a0always\u00a0choose\u00a0the\u00a0best\u00a0partner\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u00a0of\u00a0our\u00a0congresses,\u00a0in\u00a02013\u00a0in\u00a0China,\u00a0it\u00a0was\u00a0the\u00a0CLIA (China\u00a0Leather\u00a0Industry\u00a0Association)\u00a0in\u00a02016\u00a0in\u00a0India,\u00a0the\u00a0CLE\u00a0(Council\u00a0for\u00a0Leather\u00a0Exports)\u00a0in 2018 in Portugal, APPICAPS (the Portuguese Footwear and Leather Goods Association)”, said Mr.\u00a0Morin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are putting energy into the preparation of this 21st Congress which will also allow us to celebrate\u00a050 years\u00a0of UITIC. It will be very exciting to meet again at our 21st UITIC Congress after 5 years of absence, in addition we\u00a0have\u00a0notbeen\u00a0in\u00a0Italy\u00a0since\u00a01999\u00a0during\u00a0our\u00a013th\u00a0Congress\u00a0in\u00a0Fermo\u00a0and\u00a0our\u00a06th\u00a0Congress\u00a0in\u00a0Milan\u00a0in 1983!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And Sergio Dulio<\/strong>, member of the UITIC Executive Committee and part of the ITA UITIC TASK Force, has showed \u201cwhat news\u201d on the program proposal and explained the topic of interest of the \u201c21<\/strong>st <\/strong>UITICInternational Congress Milano and Vigevano\u201d.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In UITIC 2023 we want to expose the footwear world with all the most important technological evolutions and trends that can affect the way shoes are designed and manufactured. We have prepared a conferenceprogram that covers all the relevant topics from sustainability to digital transformation, to logistic and supply chains, with a special focus on the human capital of tomorrow; a program that is further enhanced by the contribution of selected keynote speakers and anticipated by a pre-conference calendar with a mix afactory and \u201cinspirational\u201d tours. It will be an unmissable occasion to reconnect and to update. \u2013 affirmedSergio Dulio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veronica Squinzi<\/strong>, Assolombarda Vice President for Internationalization and European affairs has highlighted how the Region of Lombardy confirm itself has a the \u201creference point\u201d of the internationalization pathway of the broader manufacturing system and emphasized how \u201cworking as ateam\u201d inside the Associative System, under high value topics like the internationalization indeed, can bringto brilliant results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Despite the uncertainties and risks that the market is experiencing, with the challenges that the international scenario presents to us, the companies of our territories have what it takes to face the current difficult context, and, when necessary, reposition themselves on new markets\u201d – stated Veronica Squinzi, -\u201cit is an important fact that 12% of national exports are made in the Provinces of Milan, Lodi, Monza Brianzaand Pavia, the territories of Assolombarda. This is worth of 64 billion euros in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mechanics, Metals and Fashion are the driving sectors of manufacturing at a national level and those supply chains demonstrate our strength and the ability of Italian Companies to penetrate foreign markets,where the companies in Lombardy represent the top of our global presence “.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roberto Luongo<\/strong>, General Director of ITA Agency, spoke at the Press Conference, underlined that:\u00a0\u201cICE’s relationship\u00a0with\u00a0Assomac\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0proven\u00a0relationship.<\/em>
