Once the film has bonded perfectly to the rubber, polyurethane is cast so as to obtain a finished sole without any manual bonding intervention. This is a process that ensures excellent and consistent quality by avoiding the lack of uniformity and avoids the risk of soiling the product with manual gluing or carding that could ruin the materials.
