Increasingly more automation in the application of hooks and splitting machines perfect for the recovery of waste materials. These are Sagitta\u2019s proposals <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Before moving on to the new proposals presented by Sagitta during the recent SIMAC 2021, it is right to stress how the Vigevano-based company has been dedicating itself since 1947 to the completion of its own important edge folding product line, production machines and development. \r\nA range of folding machines which, instead of applying thermoplastic glues, reactivate water glues.\r\nA care that is not just fundamental for the environment, but also for the same products, which thus benefit from a softer folding.\r\nIt is also important in the field of insoles, in particular anatomical ones, often made with polymers that are not compatible with thermoplastic glues. \r\nReferences are the hot air folding machine RP 67 TE \u03bcP AIR, the folding machine RP 68 TE \u03bcP AIR for insoles, and the thermo-glueing machine RP 80 A \u00b5P for insoles with programmable automatic cut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving on to the novelties dedicated to the decoration of materials, we cannot but mention the possibility of mounting, on the machines for the application of studs and rivets, a galvanometric head that occupies the exact space of a stud loader and that is able to realise laser marking and leather marking works, using the blue laser\u2019s ultraviolet waves. A low-cost solution which offers an additional decoration option that completes and integrates the application of studs and holes. \r\nThe MRG 4, instead, is an automatic machine for the simultaneous application of lace hooks with rivet and washer.\r\nA completely automated process mainly used for the production of technical mountain footwear. Also in this case the range of machines dedicated to the application of hooks is complete, and consists of applicators of open hooks or double hooks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, it is important to mention the splitting machine for polymers, aimed at dividing different types of elastomers horizontally and in layers. \r\nAn important technology also in terms of the recovery and reuse of materials. For example, a carpet layer at the end of its life can be split and divided into its polymer part and its pile part, so that it can be reused in the best possible way. \r\nStarting from this machine, Sagitta is experimenting with the recovery of trimmings of calendered materials (non-woven fabrics composed of a double layer) also used in the footwear world.
